Coaching Program

At Guident, we believe our employees perform best in a team environment. As a result, Guident’s Coaching Program was initiated to foster an open communication channel for employees to get advice, career guidance, and/or general information about the company. The Coaching Program provides beneficial communication for new employees and helpful guidance for more experienced staff members.

By matching up a consultant with a more senior staff member, the employee receives constructive advice on areas such as how to achieve individual performance and career goals, who to contact for various issues, and how to comply with Guident’s internal policies and processes. Coaches act as advocates for their assigned employees. In addition, coaches provide answers for any questions or concerns that an employee may have. Coaches are not expected to have all the answers, just know where to go to find them.

With the Coaching Program, Guident provides its staff with virtually unlimited access to higher levels of staff. Acting as a vertical communication channel between management and consultants, the Coaching Program assures employees that they are never doing a job alone.
