Career Model

The Guident Career Model is designed to promote professional growth and leadership skills within the company. It provides each of our consultants with the framework for long-term career growth and development at Guident, specifically focusing on a skill area of their interest. Offering tracks in Technical, Business Development, and Management, the model allows for advancement in career levels based on an employee’s demonstrated competencies. Each level builds on the criteria defined for all previous levels. In addition, the career model is designed with shared skill sets, allowing employees the flexibility to change their career track without starting from the very beginning.
