Herndon, VA - November 27, 2012 - Guident, a leading integrator of data analytics and systems engineering services to the government and commercial marketplaces, today announced that it has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The five-year BPA, with a not to exceed value of $64.5 million, is for software engineering services to define, design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance the functionality of applications using the Oracle platform.
