Follow the Fairfax County Parkway towards Herndon. Exit the Parkway at the traffic light onto Spring Street. Continue in the left lane on the exit, and turn right onto Spring Street at the light. Turn left at the first light, which is Herndon Parkway. Follow Herndon Parkway until you get to the first light, which is Van Buren Street. Make a left onto Van Buren, and proceed through the next light. The second light will be Worldgate Drive. Make a left at this light into the driveway and follow the street towards the second building on your right, 198 Van Buren Street. Guident is located on the first floor of this building in Suite 120. Entrance faces the toll road.
From I-495
Take 495 to Route 267/Dulles Toll Road - West. From the Dulles Toll Road, take Exit #10 for Herndon/Chantilly. Take the right fork to Herndon, and merge onto Centreville Rd. Continue on Centreville Rd until the first traffic light, which is Worldgate Drive. Make a right at the traffic light, and continue on Worldgate Drive until you reach the Van Buren St intersection. Continue to drive straight through the intersection into President’s Plaza. Follow the street towards the second building on your right, 198 Van Buren Street. Guident is located on the first floor of this building in Suite 120. Entrance faces the toll road.

Take Route 28 to Route 267/Dulles Toll Road – East. From the Dulles Toll Road, take Exit #10 for Herndon/Chantilly. Make a left onto Centreville Rd, and move into the right lane. Continue on Centreville Rd until the first traffic light, which is Worldgate Drive. Make a right at the traffic light, and continue on Worldgate Drive until you reach the Van Buren St intersection.
