Teddy Matheu, Executive Vice President

Federico ‘Teddy’ Matheu is an Executive Vice President at Guident. In this role, Mr. Matheu is responsible for the overall strategic marketing direction of the company, leading planning and execution efforts that have resulted in significant revenue and market share growth. Mr. Matheu has over 20 years of Information Technology (IT) consulting experience in a wide range of vertical industries including government, telecommunications, healthcare, and property casualty insurance.

Prior to co-founding Guident, Mr. Matheu was a consultant for Price Waterhouse’s Oracle practice where he assumed roles of increasing responsibilities at organizations such as AT&T, ManorCare, Nextel, and PSINet. Mr. Matheu holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from William and Mary, and a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Lehigh University, and a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico.

Dan Ackerman, Executive Vice President

Dan Ackerman is an Executive Vice President at Guident. In this role, Mr. Ackerman leads the company’s Oracle Solutions business unit — maintaining sole responsibility for managing the operations, business development, marketing, and sales functions. Mr. Ackerman has over 20 years of Information Technology (IT) consulting experience, focusing primarily on advancing public and private sector enterprise architectures, as well as financial and supply chain management systems.

Prior to co-founding Guident, Mr. Ackerman has worked for Talus and Trident Data Systems. He has worked on numerous reengineering projects for Civilian Agencies, Department of Defense and Intelligence Agencies, and Internet Service Providers. Ackerman has also authored numerous articles and whitepapers and lectured on Oracle-based technologies/implementations.

Mr. Ackerman holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Mount Union College.

Boyd Harter, Executive Vice President

Boyd Harter is an Executive Vice President at Guident. In this role, Mr. Harter is responsible for the financial management of the company, overseeing programs designed to ensure short- and long-term profitability and growth. Mr. Harter has over 19 years experience in delivering strategic business solutions in large-scale complex environments, including addressing financial and supply chain issues from the implementation of strategic Business Intelligence solutions to the deployment of complex ERP applications.

Prior to joining Guident, Mr. Harter was a Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in the implementation of Oracle financial management and supply chain applications. He has also been involved in projects ranging from initial planning to business process reengineering to entire system development at numerous public and private sector locations. Mr. Harter holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Virginia. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Ken Raffel, Sr. Vice President

Ken Raffel is Guident’s Sr. Vice President. Mr. Raffel is responsible for the growth and management of Guident’s largest practice area, the Business Intelligence Division.

Mr. Raffel joined Guident as a Principal Consultant in 2000 where his main responsibilities included managing Business Intelligence engagements. He was promoted to become head of the firm’s Business Intelligence Division in 2004. Mr. Raffel’s specializations include management of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence implementations for large commercial and government clients. Prior to joining Guident, he held senior level consulting positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and American Management Systems. He has spoken at a variety of international Business Intelligence user conferences and user groups and is certified in numerous Business Intelligence technologies.

Mr. Raffel graduated Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with a B.S. degree in Business Information Technology.

Audrey Sites, Vice President of Human Capital

Audrey Sites is Vice President of Human Capital at Guident. In this capacity, she is responsible for the total human capital lifecycle, including recruiting, retention, coaching, and resource management. Ms. Sites has over 25 years of technology and management experience that she will leverage to support the company’s growing business and hiring requirements.

Previously, Ms. Sites was a Principal Consultant at Headstrong, Inc., supporting various government programs with agencies such as the U.S. Census Bureau, U.S. Senate, Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC), Fairfax County Office of the County Attorney, and the District of Columbia (DC) government. She has also held various management consulting positions of increasing responsibility at Titan Corporation and Analytic Services (ANSER), Inc.

Ms. Sites holds an M.E. in Systems Engineering and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Virginia.

Timothy Clements, Vice President

Timothy Clements is Vice President at Guident. In this role, Mr. Clements is responsible for building and growing the division through strategic planning and business development initiatives. He develops go—to—market strategies, solutions, and methodologies, as well as establishes and manages a team of experienced management and technical consulting professionals. Mr. Clements has over 25 years of industry and government leadership experience establishing, developing, and managing projects across multiple Information Technology (IT) disciplines.

Mr. Clements has proven federal consulting expertise in areas such as marketing; capture planning and proposal development; business—to—business and business—to—consumer e—commerce strategies; enterprise resource planning; and the redesign of business processes. Prior to joining Guident, Mr. Clements served as a Senior Principal Consultant at SRA International, Practice Director at Oracle Corporation, and Deputy Chief Information Officer (CIO) at UNICOR. His government experience includes project management responsibilities with the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS).

Mr. Clements holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from Shippensburg University. He is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from the American Inventory and Control Society (APICS) and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the International Project Management Institute (PMI).

Tam Mai, Controller

Tam Mai serves as Controller at Guident. In this role, Ms. Mai is responsible for the oversight of the company's accounting group and all aspects of its financial reporting, including establishing financial processes and procedures as well as implementing and maintaining new finance systems. In addition, she is the primary liaison with bank officers and independent auditors.

Prior to joining Guident, Ms. Mai was Controller and Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Innovative Solutions International (ISI). She assisted in developing the financial and capital structure of the company to achieve strategic goals and established cost and asset control systems for proper resource management. With over 18 years of experience, Ms. Mai has held high-level finance/accounting positions at SRA/Touchstone Consulting Group, Perot Systems Government Services, Stratesec, Inc., and Anadac Inc.

Ms. Mai holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University and a Master of Science in Accounting Management from University of Maryland University College.

Ryan Barker, Sr. Director of Business Intelligence

Ryan Barker is a Sr. Director in Guident’s Business Intelligence Division. In this role, Mr. Barker is responsible for assisting in the growth and management of Guident’s largest practice area — Business Intelligence. Specifically, he leads multiple Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing efforts; helps develop strategies, manage the workforce, and design effective analytical solutions across various Business Intelligence technologies; as well as leads the Division’s Performance Management and Financial Analytics practice area.

Mr. Barker joined Guident in 2004 as a Principal Consultant. During his tenure, he has provided program management services for full life-cycle, enterprise-wide Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, systems integration, and ERP implementations for both Fortune 500 companies and federal government agencies. He has presented at multiple national conferences on a wide-range of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing topics. Prior to joining Guident, Mr. Barker was a Principal Consultant and Project Manager at IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Barker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Len Rosenblum, Sr. Director of Business Intelligence

Len Rosenblum is a Sr. Director in Guident’s Business Intelligence Division. In this role, Mr. Rosenblum provides management oversight and strategic direction for the growth and management of Guident’s largest practice area — Business Intelligence. Specifically, he leads multiple Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing efforts; helps develop strategies, manage large programs, and design effective analytical solutions across various Business Intelligence technologies; as well as delivers and implements the company’s Data Management solutions.

Previously, Mr. Rosenblum was a Senior Manager at Guident, where he was responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Data Warehouse and Data Mart applications ’ from architecture through operations ’ at both government and commercial sites. Mr. Rosenblum has over 20 years of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, and Program Management experience, serving in various senior management positions at companies such as Dimension Data, Iridium LLC, Mobil Oil Corporation, Network Solutions, SYSTALEX Corporation, and Tele-TV Systems.

Mr. Rosenblum holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.

John Burnside, Director, Business Intelligence

John Burnside is a Director in Guident's Business Intelligence Division. In this role, Mr. Burnside is responsible for developing strategies, managing project components/resources, delivering successful programs, and implementing technologies with a focus on growing Guident's largest practice area - Business Intelligence. Most recently, Mr. Burnside provided oversight to major Business Intelligence implementations at the Export-Import Bank of the U.S., Fannie Mae, and Sprint/Nextel.

Mr. Burnside joined Guident in 2003 as a Principal Consultant. During this time, he has provided extensive leadership in managing software development teams - working with rapidly evolving technologies in a project-oriented environment - as well as managed full lifecycle data warehouse/data mart applications from architecture through operations. He previously worked in various consulting and engineering capacities at Ambisys, Inc. and PSINet, Inc.

Mr. Burnside holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Fairmont State University and is a certified Project Management Professional.

Michael Froelich, Director, Systems Engineering

Michael Froelich is a Director in Guident's Systems Engineering Division. In this role, Mr. Froelich is responsible for the growth of the division, as well as delivery of systems engineering projects and programs. He is a key asset for designing and implementing advanced systems engineering solutions for enterprise level customers, as well as building and maintaining state-of-the-art delivery processes and procedures.

Before joining Guident, Mr. Froelich served as Principal at SRA International and Project Manager for BAE Systems. Mr. Froelich has worked extensively with numerous Fortune 500 companies, the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, and Department of Health and Human Services.

Mr. Froelich holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Randolph-Macon College. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Oracle Support Champion, as well as a Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T) member for the Virginia Department of Emergency Management.

Pawan Tiwari, Director, Systems Engineering

Pawan Tiwari is a Director in Guident's Systems Engineering Division. In this role, Mr. Tiwari is responsible for the overall growth of the division. Specifically, Mr. Tiwari develops, markets, and sells enterprise business solutions with a focus on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management, Project Accounting, as well as Governance, Risk, and Compliance practice areas. Mr. Tiwari is also responsible for managing customer relations at Guident's existing federal and commercial accounts.

Mr. Tiwari joined Guident in 2007 as a Senior Manager. In this capacity, he led complex ERP projects for Guident's key customers. Mr. Tiwari brings more than 15 years of business and enterprise IT consulting experience in commercial and government sectors. He has deep program and project management expertise having successfully managed multiple ERP projects both within the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Tiwari previously served as Managing Principal Consultant at Zensar Thought Digital and Principal Consultant at IBM, Global Services (formerly PwC Consulting)

Mr. Tiwari holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Georgia, as well as a Master of Computer Applications and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Rajasthan. He is a certified Project Management Professional.

Evelyn Avanesian, Director, Healthcare Services

Evelyn Avanesian serves as Director of Healthcare Services at Guident. In this role, Mrs. Avanesian is responsible for the growth and management of Guident’s healthcare vertical across all of its practice areas. Specifically, she oversees multiple Business Intelligence and Systems Engineering efforts for large military and civilian federal health agencies.

Previously, Mrs. Avanesian was a Senior Manager of Business Intelligence at Guident, leading implementations of analytical reporting systems, while managing customer relationships, expectations, and generating account growth. She helped develop strategies, manage workflow, and design effective solutions impacting clinical and healthcare regulatory decision making processes utilizing various technologies.

Mrs. Avanesian has over 12 years of technology solutions experience. Prior to joining Guident she served as AVP of Enterprise Solutions and Director of Operations at GHN-Online with a focus in healthcare revenue cycle management. Mrs. Avanesian has previous consulting experience with Deloitte Consulting, Perot Systems, Global Healthnet, and Medical Alliance, Inc.

Mrs. Avanesian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin.

Ian Graham, Director, Environmental IT

Ian Graham serves as Director of Environmental IT at Guident. In this role, Mr. Graham is responsible for the growth and management of Guident's Environmental vertical across all of its practice areas. Specifically, he oversees multiple Business Intelligence and Systems Engineering efforts, as well as leads the sales, marketing, and business development strategy across the account.

Mr. Graham has over 12 years of federal IT delivery experience, and has sold and managed numerous enterprise-scale, high-visibility solutions across the Department of Defense (DoD) and Civilian space. He is experienced in all phases of the system development lifecycle for large-scale federal IT implementations, and has successfully served as a trusted advisor to clients faced with complex technology implementations.

Mr. Graham joined Guident in 2006 and has served as Account Manager as well as Business Intelligence Deputy Practice Manager. Prior to joining Guident, Mr. Graham was a Principal and Project Manager at CACI and American Management Systems, with a focus on Business Intelligence.

Mr. Graham holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from James Madison University.

Mohamed Elansary, Director, Judiciary and Law Enforcement Services

Mohamed Elansary is Director of Judiciary and Law Enforcement Services at Guident. In this role, Mr. Elansary is responsible for the growth and management of the company's Judiciary and Law Enforcement vertical across all of its practice areas. Specifically, he oversees multiple business intelligence and systems engineering efforts, as well as leads the delivery, customer satisfaction, and business development strategy across accounts. The Guident Judiciary and Law Enforcement vertical serves the Department of Justice, law enforcement agencies, the United States Courts, as well as state and local courts.

Mr. Elansary joined Guident as Senior Manager, providing enterprise application strategy and program management services for full life-cycle, enterprise-wide business intelligence, data warehousing, systems integration, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementations for Fortune 500 companies and federal government agencies. Prior to Guident, Mr. Elansary served as Director of Business Intelligence at Corporate Executive Board and Project Manager at General Dynamics IT, as well as held various managerial positions at Cast Software, MicroStrategy, and Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Elansary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from George Mason University and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Teradata Certified Professional (TCP).

Jeffrey Jones, Director, Opportunity Management

Jeffrey Jones serves as the Director of Opportunity Management at Guident. In this role, Mr. Jones is responsible for all aspects of sales operations, including proposal and opportunity development and management, across all of the company's practice areas. Working at Guident for almost 10 years, Mr. Jones has provided technical leadership, knowledge, and management for numerous engagements for both government and commercial clients, such as Sprint Nextel, U.S. Mint, Fannie Mae, and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Most recently, Mr. Jones served as a Senior Manager, leading both large and small proposal development efforts; managing day-to-day activities in support of major programs; and enhancing overall customer retention/satisfaction. Prior to Guident, Mr. Jones served in a variety of project management and senior consulting positions at Accenture and American Management Systems (now part of CACI).

Mr. Jones holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
